He gets calcium with D3 every feeding? He should be getting it only twice a month or so and then without D3 most feedings. I think that and a 10.0 in such a small cage is slamming him with D3. I'm not so sure they blister like us when burned but I could be wrong, maybe some kind of infection or...

Lazy boy got his gifts early this year. Fresh new cage, quad LYR light and triple mistking nozzles. Silks should be ready by then to so I might let him pig out :eek: I'm going to check into the links but that's coming out of his piggy bank.

I use a 3L drip pan and wrap in panda plastic. I always had water somewhere without the drip pan.

Did we miss are coffee today? How do you look into your chameleon enclosure and not look in the direction of lights? My cage is not on the ground and I'm not 7' tall so please explain. As far as grow rooms you don't even need to look at the lights to see the affects.

I do believe the OP wad asking if the lights would hurt HIS eyes viewing the chameleon not if the lights would hurt the chameleon. Only time I worry about artificial light hurting my eyes is grow rooms and I do wear sun glasses in there.

Neither bulbs you have give off UVB.

Are you still talking silks? How do you kill them with to much food? I have been breeding my own and having great success with silks. Maybe lose a couple but never any big die offs and I have done fresh leaves and chow.

So I added a few more things and hooked up the mistking. :eek: OMG three nozzles might be a little much. I had to cover the front bottom to try and stop the fog that rolls out of this thing lol. Got it all under control now and got it about dialed for temps.

We love bacon at my house. Mmmmmmm bacon sounds good right now. Got some Applewood smoked bacon for the AM. Got to switch it up

No big deal. Reptiworms, phoenix worms they can be a little hard to digest. As they get bigger they swallow them whole some times and they come out the other end.
