Yes, there is only 1 cabella plant that moved with Gary. You can see it in a black pot in the picture of the whole enclosure. As I mentioned above....there are 6 or 7 live plants that I plan on adding soon.
Finally took some pictures of his new enclosure. Remember....this encloser is not finished....there is a lot of bare spots which will be filled in with hanging fake plants on the walls, and will be adding 2 pothos, 2 cabella's, 1 picture plant (maybe 2), 1 ficus....and I would like some input...
This morning Gary has officially moved to his new shower enclosure which is about 80% done. About a minute after he got in there he turned bright colors, and has now settled to a nice shade of green. I thought he was going to turn dark due to a new place....but if colors can tell if a cham is...

I just had a couple of questions.
What exactly is up with the X.1 or X.3 Veileds....whats up with the number DOT number?
Does anyone know what "CB", "FL", and "WC" veileds are? What do those initials stand for?
Remind me not to go cheap anymore. I used 100% silicone and it worked PERFECT. Then a friend gave me this Latex caulk with silicone....and I wasted about a brick of coco bedding. Now, I get to scrap it all off....buy more coco bedding and buy the RIGHT type of silicone. GRRRRRR
Yeah, im just a bit weary...cuz I went from a 35W bulb, to a 150W. The 150W also apparently has more of a spectrum than regular bulbs as it is designed for plant growth. Having the temps so high just goes against everything that I have learned here. I will buy another thermometer just to make...
Does anyone know if a chameleon can be used to a certain temperature? Since I've gotten Gary, he has been really dark and always hid out in a corner. I kept the temp around 75-80 even though the pet store which I got him from kept the whole tank around 90-95. This morning it was a bit chilly...
Interesting.....Well....I already got it wet. I bought a 3 brick pack which expanded to quite a bit....however I may have to buy another brick or two. Guess I will have to evaluate it better once it actually sticks to the walls and looks decent.
Yeah, we tipped it on its back to do it...now it just looks like a really really worn out felt table. We used the wrong type of silicone. I will pick up some of the black stuff soon. I guess while im waiting to pick up the silicone, it will just give the coco bedding more time to dry out...
Im trying to work with this coco bedding now, and its not behaving! I have sqeezed the water out, and baked it...and its still moist! It is not applying to the silicone very thick. How do I use this stuff and get an outcome like most people have here in the forum that have used it.
Please...
I finally got the window screen, so the structure is almost finished!!!
Just have to paint the inside with silicone, and but coco bedding on the walls....then plant, plant, plant.....YAY!!!!
