Why do you need a fogger? I read somewhere that providing humidity by hooking a humidifier up to the cage can cause respiratory problems like infection. I'm not an expert... anyone else have insight into this?

Based on the content of this thread it sounds like you have a full blown case of the Chameleon Virus... Excitement over defecation is one of the symptoms. (I get excited too.)

You probably shouldn't have a waterfall in the cage... were you talking about a dripper or something with a pump?

So I ended up with the mesh screen in my original post. It's very fine and I will be returning it. I found this hardware cloth from Grainger that I think will meet my needs.. 1/4" and 0.031 wire thickness (23 gauge)...
