No hes just hanging off the top usualy twoards the back behind the uvb light.

My cham is always hanging from the top of his enclosure. The cage is well planted and has plenty of vines.. I even added more becuase he was at the top all the time. Any ideas as to why he is doing this and how to make him happier ?

Get a plan floreset compact or tube dosent matter, 6500k can get em from lowes, wallmart, home depot. Its a full spectrum light shouldnt effect your cham (Ill let some one else weigh in on that) but it will make your plant happy. Alot of "growers" use these lights works well...
