Well i got my 1.2 bearded pygmys from Flchams today and they are awsome. they have already eaten and are checken out their new home. Ill get some pics up when i find the camera. Also almost done with the big enclosure.

Any one know of a good place to get cb pygmys i can find wc all day, but i prefer some thing i know how old it is.

Well i was cleaning my chams cage today and moving her out and puting her on to another plant seemed to stress her alot. She was jumping I had to catch her a couple times. Is there a better way to move her out to clean. I gently put my hand under her so she could walk on it but she just got mad...

So the 6500k light is a grow light for the plants?

My real concern with. The uvb was for the live plants

Ok i was looking at my lighting options and to get a light fixture that will fit nicly over my tank is ones that will only support cfl. Any thougths on this ?

Thats what I was thinking, I am making her a bigger cage though.Only a few small things to finish off and then some more plants and fun stuff for her.

Ok so I realy like the idea of an open or "free range" space for my cham, but my question is, how do you keep your cham in that area. Will it just stay if it likes the enviorment. I have many other animals and would be upset if my cham wonderd into one of there homes.

Any one else have any thoughts... i added some of the fake vines that you can bend to fit.

the background is corck but ill seal it up with aquarium sealent.

Ok I got my spring tails in today and i was wondering how dose one go about placing these things into the tank. They came in a container filled with charcol rice and water. Do i just place this mixture over the hydro balls and under the screen ?

ok ive ordered springtails, 3 assorted plants, and i have pothos to use. I also got some moss and the screen to seperate the hydroballs from the rest of the substrate. I think imgoing to get a 8" light from lllreptile for uvb and a grow light for the plants. I think ill order my chams from...

would live moss be ok for the floor of the enclosure ?

thank you i got one of the zoomed natural terrariums, they are a lot cheaper than the exotera ones, and so far seem just as good.

How many bearded pigmys could i house in a exotera style 12x12x18 ?

that was one thing i was unsure of how i am going to do. Should i find something that is slanted to the center or just buy a flat one and put lots of holes in it for dranage.
