?? I think ur confusing males with females.... Breeders don't really mind breeding a male Cham at an early age... Some breeders don't breed females the are under a year but definetly not males... I think any/all breeders would breed out any age Male if it's was ready....

They look very beautiful, healthy, and thick! Looks like your doing a great job raising these guys! I hope they turn out looking like the exact faly variation you are hoping for! It already looks like they have some killer bars!
