    Sambava?!

So our new baby has arrived (not home yet but will be in a few hours, gotta wait for the bf to pick it up). Here's a pic tho... I know it's hard to tell but what's everyone's opinion. Is this a sambava baby or was I duped?

    I'm a sucker for veileds...

When ours sleep she turns a very light blue/green colour lol. It's funny how they all are completely different

    Hard choice but excited nonetheless

I've always said I had better taste then him! But he's paying lol. We missed out on a breeding trio of Nosy Bes at a reptile expo ... I could still cry about it :(. We are getting it from our whole seller so the age isn't known. Just hoping it really is a sambava.

    Rescued veil

Just make sure his temps are correct. Maybe some real plants. But I'm guessing some time to relax is all that's needed. He's a pretty looking guy!

    Hard choice but excited nonetheless

So I had to pick between a blue bar ambilobe or a sambava.... So I picked the sambava. Nosy Bes are my dream chams but the boyfriend likes the wild colourations of the other locals. So he wins. It's unsexed so everyone expect pictures and questions! Lol. It'll be here tomorrow woo...

    Egg bound

One of our females we knew had eggs died shortly after digging. I'm not sure why she waited so long but we took the eggs out and 7 months & 2 weeks later the first one has hatched and another has started. So it's definitely possible.

    Hatchlings in the incubator

Just wondering what everyone's general practice is regarding hatchlings in the incubator. Do you take them out as soon as you see them? Do you leave them for a few hours? Over night? What's your general rule of thumb? :)

    Update on clutch

Well... These 3 eggs left of the 40 still in the incubator but my gut tells me they are infertile. We had 29 hatch and 1 died in the egg while hatching. Here's some up to date pics of some of the babies.
