Make sure the food is size appropriate, usually the distance between the eyes. I tend to go by this rule for juveniles only as adults can tackle. Other than that it is scared and in a new place, make sure you have a dripper available in addition to the misting.
You can always buy a temp gun and know if your cham is going to be burned or not. Here is a cheap one, they go up in price from there. Read any reviews and pick the one that works for you.

What is the temp under that lamp? Is it touching the screen? if so it can burn them very easily. Over all the planting looks good but you may not have enough light to keep the plants alive long term.

While seasonal in your area, most likely, many of the home improvement stores that have a nursery tend to still sell " indoor " plants. Ficus and pothos tend to be popular for that. If not call a few of the local nurseries and they should be able to locate some for you. Good luck
