other thing you could try is a few drops, just 1-2 a day, of cod liver oil injected into the feeders or on some vegetation for a few days and see if that can help get his system moving. lots of members have used this for constipated chams with success!
maybe try some smaller crickets. what size are you giving her? shes pretty small! i would try 1/4 and see if she goes for those. has she eaten at all since you got her home?

how long have you had her? its normal for them not to really eat well for 5-7 or even a few more days after being brought home as they are adjusting to the new enviroment.
you ca tell if she is sleeping if she is sitting still with her eyes closed. they need 12 hours of dark a night to sleep...

i would definitely try pedialyte as suggested, it works miracles in emergency cases!! ive read about it helping keep reptiles hydrated and get some calories in them long enough to survive a bad ordeal and it is what saved my boyfriends dog when he got parvo.

Her supplementing schedule is a bit off. its recommended to dust food with calcium without d3 at nearly every feeding, calcium with d3 twice a month, and a multivitamin twice a month. since shes growing a lot right now she really needs the calcium for her growing bones to stay strong :)

i'm so sorry to hear you lost your new friend! i had a similar experience. my first cham was a sickly baby when i got him and died soon after.. its hard losing them but it was not your fault in any way. i hope you will get another sometime as they are great creatures and when you get a healthy...
