He is probably bored of the same staple. Try something else, like wild caught flies or moths, as long as you can catch them where there is no use of insecticides.
Not sure if this would help, but I have sprayed a mix of peroxide and water over mold on some of the eggs and have not seen anymore mold growing. But if an egg is not fertile they will shrivel and mold. Good luck.
My two females started digging on Sunday and today they were back on the top branches basking. 34 and 18 that is going to call for a lot of ff's...now the long wait...
Some of my chams will not eat them from their feeding cups or when I put them in the branches to be hunted down, but will eat them from my hand. Weird.
