What do I put my crickets in?

I just bought crickets and my cricket keeper cracked and is useless now. I'm not buying a cricket keeper for some time. Right now I just have my crickets in a ten gallon aquarium with a screen top. I put egg cartons and flukers orange cubes in the aquarium as well. Is this an okay habit for my crickets?

i have heard a lot of negative reviews on the orange cubes..... I would just do the chricket powder and little pellet balls. And what I do is I have them in a big rubber maid container with the egg cartons and two of the black tubes from the cricket keeper so they can hide in there and when i wanna feed them i just pick up one of the tunes and empty it out in his cage. I would also put some fresh lettuce in the cage too. to gut load them not iceberg lettuce.

I keep my crickets in 10 gallon aquariums. I feed them cricket crack and fruits and veggies.
