hell no u dont want that unless your going to be shooting birds..you need a deadicated macro lens that goes up to 1:1 life size..go for canon 60mm or canon 100mm macro lens.or the sigma 105mm. i use canon 60mm but for this shot i used canon mpe-65..think it was around 2:1 life size.

i say dont because i breed mantids..i think its a waste feeding them to our lizards..keep the mantids as pets,using them for food is crule :p

they eat them in the wild.i cant see any thing wrong with it.how did the lizard get in the keeper?

stick with flies..dont feed them mantids :) i use blue bottles..my yemen started eating them when he was 12 weeks old.

i hatch them in here then open the tub in to the enclosure..the flies are gutloaded with honey 1st
