My parents think I'm insane. I'm twenty and apparently having a chameleon means I'm avoiding men?
I refuse to tell them how much I actually spent/spend on him haha.
I move mine. I cut them out gently and set them aside in a container with papertowel at the bottom.
When the moths hatch they spew all the liquid from their bodies, its kind of a gross red/orange substance. Try not to mess with them too much. They don't eat or drink...just mate.
I fed a...
I peronally have done both methods. I think its personal preference. Try both and see which works best for you.
I also had a cup, even when I free ranged the crickets, for worms. Other wise if they got free I wouldn't want beetles in my cage. Gross....
I'm not sure about veilds...but there is only a slight size difference between my 3month old panther to when he was 4months.
I also think its the most amazing thing to watch him grow...I have pictures almost every week so I can see the difference.
You just gotta be sure to get smaller...
No trouble at all. If you are worried put in less paper rolls at an angle. Mine usually climb right in and start spinning.
I can post pictures when I get home? I just had two of my second batch start spinning yesterday.
Im breeding silkworms too. Their fun and so cute!
Your set up is way nicer than mine. I just have mine in a tubowear with some ripped in half pappertowel rolls.
My chameleon is a fatty. I cup feed him so he eats close to 12 crickets a day plus a couple of different worms for variety. Typically if he's not as hungry one day he will want the worms more and there are left over crickets in his cup.
Though he is only 4.5months old and grows at an alarming...
My 4.5month old panther has some shed left over on his left eye. Its tiny, should I be concerned?
I'm not exactly sure what to do...I want to remove it but do not wish to hurt him.
I work and go to college lol.
Beside my chameleon, I own a turtle and an evil kitty.
Free time is spent on hookah! Video games and the best friend. I'm a boring person haha.
My panther eats from 10-12 crickets a day. I also offer up an assortment of worms. Mix it up each day so he won't get bored. He eats till he is full, sometimes there are a few left overs in the cup.
I am horrid at naming things.
My bb ambilobe is call chameleonaire. My older brother started calling him that before I even paid for him. It kinda stuck, im hopping for an awesome name to hit me later.
Oh wow....you need to make It look like this.
Buying a reptibreeze is the expensive part. The plants were total of 30 dollars. The branches were free...from my yard. Tossed them into my oven for half an hour.
That fishtank looks like you are keeping a leopard gecko.
I house my crickets in a large tote from walmart that cost me 5 dollars. The mesh I used to seal it with(a hot glue gun) was from an old reptile cage cover.
Their easy to gutload and take care of. Toss in some carrots, fresh veggies ( not iceberg ) with dry fluckers gutload and their fine. Use...
