Back off completely for a few days, only go into his space when you need to put in food, or clean out..
Chams take a lot of time and encouragement to trust handling, start with patiently hand feeding..

I would also like to know your temperatures and your light manufacturer type and wattage|Voltage.
I would associate that colour with needing heat/light.
I also wonder how much the temp go's down during and after spray.
If we can rule out these, then that leaves us...

As with all silicates it has a habit of getting in lungs it is none soluble so tends to stay there forever causing irritation.
I am not in favour of it being used inside a premises that has living beings operating in it.
Whilst Europe is subject to the same international laws, some European country's are open to corruption, or just a non compliance protocol.
I do not want to get into the various "open" routes into Europe, mostly because that is pointing fingers, and also those who already know of the back doors...

Silicate dust..
Sorry but I have to disagree diatomaceous earth is a silicate known to be harmful to lungs, other than being absorbent it holds no real benefit over baking soda.
