ok, we are moving in two weeks. its not that far away maybe 10 mintues. any ideas on how to make the move less stressful for a 8 month old veil chameleon ? im not even sure what im going to put him in to move him. he cage is to big to leave him in. can anyone help me ???? :confused:

peanut is a male veiled chameleon about 6-7 months old. so far he is light green and dark green. what age do the other colors come out ?

yes im sure he is a male , he has little bumps on the back of his feet. he is eating med. to large crickets depending on what the pet store has.

Peanut is 6-7 months old , how much should i be feeding him now ? if i let him he would eat non stop and i dont know if thats still ok at the age ? he eats about 15-20 crickets and some veggies a day, sometimes worms as a snack. when do i start cutting back on the crickets ??? thanks

we got peanut in aug and they said he was 2 months old we didnt get a date of when he was born so im guess around 5 months. he eats 15 -20 crickets a day with worms has treats there dusted and gut loaded and we have the right ligths and gets misted 3-4 times a day. do you think he is skinny ...

thanks everyone, he made it himself out of wood and stuff he had laying around all i had to buy was screen so it cost me $20. yes the cricket keepers is inside i was been watching to see if he would bother it but so far no problem. from top to bottom its 6 ft tall, inside the cage is about 4 ft...

ok, thanks, we elevated the light, seems better. how do we get him to drink more?

the reason we took the uvb bulb out was because it was getting the tank to hot and he wouldnt move from the shade, the temps were getting over 90. so how do we stop the tank from getting so hot ? sorry if these are stupid questions we just dont want to kill the poor thing. thanks for replying
