Definitely too hot! Try a house bulb, in that size cage I normally use a 75watt, but really it would be up to you to check the temps. Your chameleon should have a basking spot of 80-95.

I can't ever name something before I see it! I'd get him and wait to see his personality and then decide which name might fit him. You never know, you might see him and have a name instantly pop in your head!
