My 3 1/2 year old panther went through a small hunger strike a couple of years ago. One thing he went nuts over, and still does, is the Teal colored Hornworms. I buy mine from site sponsor Great Lakes Hornworms. They are easy to keep, come in a container with food provided and are JUICY...

10 degree drop at night is correct. They move throughout the cage all day but the max temp (unless directly under the basking lamp) mine see during the day is high 80's. So, a drop to 74ish at night gives them 10+ degree drop.
How tall is your cage? I have 4 foot cages with plants in them. The temp in the upper part of the cages is in the mid 80's to upper 80's. I keep the plants trimmed to give a nice canopy above the lower parts of the cages. The temps there during summer and in the daytime are high 70's. This...
I just posted a new thread in the Memoriam section but had to put a positive spin on it. I lost my 3 year old Nosy Be named Ego a couple of weeks ago. So sad to have lost him but we quickly decided another male panther from Bruce was in order. He had a male Nosy Faly available so that's the...
Jann,
Sorry to hear about Hendershot. I just saw this post when I was entering my sad news about Ego. I looked back at pics you posted where you and I were chatting about our beautiful blue boys. I lost Ego on 6/20.
Lost my boy Ego a couple of weeks ago. Very sad. He was my first chameleon and was a very sweet one. He was just over 3 years old and appeared to be in great health. He will be missed for sure.
Thank you Brian. Your boy has turned out great! Thank you again and your Awesome Drain Table is still awesome! It's been rock solid, no problems at all.
