Is a Cham right for me?

Go for it. I started with Jackson's and they were great. Whether it is a panther or not, chameleons usually don't like being messes with. As long as you have proper heating, lighting, and misting requirements all that's left is feeding them right (dusting), keeping everything clean and watching...

    Misting Duration

You have to play with it. I ran mine every other hour for 40 seconds or so while their lights are on and it works great.

How often will my female Jackson be receptive?

Hello, I am trying to breed my Jackson's chameleons and I was wondering if anyone knew how long it could take to get her to be receptive. Female Jackson's Chameleon Not receptive. Hints??

My female Jackson's goes very dark when I put the male into her enclosure. They do not bite or fight eachother. She just kinds of pushes him away. Any hints to get her going? Thanks.

New young female Jackson Cham shutting eyes, not eating

Ok thank you I will check everything out. Today I only caught her with her eyes closed once, every other time throughout the day she has been alert but still has not eaten. Have not found any feces to get tested. Just checked on her and just her right eye was closed. Ugh I don't know what to do.

New young female Jackson Cham shutting eyes, not eating

Ok well I hope it's the same deal as your panther then. If she has mbd I'm going to be crushed...it's not all the time it's just every ones and a while when I check on her. Sometimes it's just one eye. I'm hoping to breed her eventually. Thx

New young female Jackson Cham shutting eyes, not eating

I purchased a 3 to 5 month old female Jackson at a reptile show about 4 days ago. Her temps are good (basking between 82 and 85), set up is about the same as my adult Jackson male except I am trying an umbrella plant this time. My male is doing great. Right after buying her I was noticing she...
