Thanks for replying, I was hoping for a boy. 15 more eggs are brewing, 5 are sweating (third day ) 2 stopped sweating. What a crazy rollercoaster ride this has been. 12 months to the day baby Newt decided to finally come into the world.
Well he hatched. I'm in awwwwww!!! It took him approx. 36 hours to complete from pipping that I noticed. I put him in his nursery. Any suggestions when to try to feed him. I put uvb 5.0 18 in. Strobe light. No heat lamp yet. Misted the nursery. Temp is 74 degrees humidity 80.
Hi everyone, my baby panther has pipped his egg. Super excited and worried. Its been 24 he's and he hasn't emerged any further. Should I help him or wait longer. I also have 3 other eggs that have been sweating but stopped. Confusing!!! Any info would be helpful !!
They are cross between noseybe and ambilobe panther. The embryos were clear pink in color not fully formed. Thanks for your reply. Here are pics right now. What do u think?
After I mist him with warm water I use the humidifier to increase humidity and condensation. Im sure there are many ways to accomplish , but I was just giving you a suggestion. I don't think she is dehydrated, she looks dry.
I use this for my panther and he loves it. I mount a plastic cup to the side of his habitat and turn it on twice a day. He likes to sit right in front of it. Its nice because it automatically shuts off , no worry's when your away
Hi everyone, I have panther eggs that should be hatching. It has been 11 months. I have had approx. 5 eggs that started sweating then stop , do nothing except strink and turn yellow. I have looked inside the eggs that have done this after I waited a week to find hardened yellow with embryos. Why...
