    will get you a pick turned uv off today and noticed eyes are opening more I have also sprayed more and slightly turned down temp and now I am seeing results .... However clocked a couple rubbing their eyes and have been rolled this is a sign of low humidity

    Incubation in the day now at around 28 Celsius and droppin to 23 at night misting 3 times a day however will use Luke warm water now...have seen one rubbing eyes yesterday??

    Still the same this morning ... Eyes closed but walking around ! Changed bulb to old bulb...dropped temp and misting for longer and more frequently

    Using 5.0 exoterra uvb uva bulb ... Temperature took down to 80 and humidity gone up to 60% ... I have turned the uv build off for a bit just incase its too bright

    My baby have been bathing over the past few days and around half of them have still got their eyes closed by 12am this morning...some are walking around with their eyes closed so obviously are still concious.     Yh some my family members that breed chickens say it can take up to 24 hours for a chicken to break through...as you say it's an strenuous process for the creature...cheers anyway dude

    Hi peeps... I've had my veilds for 2 years now and I have breeded them...my eggs have started to hatch and I can see movement...however, it has been 6 hours since the first glimpse of noses peeking out of the eggs and there has been no advances since that point...is this normal???
