I'm not especially worried as she seems a lot more settled last night and today and hasn't had any bubbles or mucus at all which is a good thing :-)
Yes she seems to be a lot more settled and we haven't had any rasping tonight which is good, I used hot water from the kettle and allowed it to cool before using it to mist, (so it was luke warm) I'm hoping it was just the misting was too cold for her but if she does it over the weekend then...
She's had crickets so that's a possibility (I didn't think of that!!) I haven't fed her any form of worms yet as I would only give her them as a treat because of their fat content. That's ok, thanks for your help, I'm grateful for any advice at the moment.

Her cage is the apposing wall to the window which is about 3mtrs away in distance and there isn't a major draft but the air isn't stagnant. She's not hissing as her hiss is a different noise.
