She's making a rasping noise??!!

Hi, I am a new Cham owner and I have a 4 month old beautiful Yemen called Tink, I picked her up after lots of research and preparation. I have noticed over the last 4days she's been making "coughing"/rasping noises, I spoke with the lady I bought her from and she said she may be stressed so I darkened x3sides of the tank as advised, but it still doesn't seem to stop her from doing it. She made this noise twice last night but it stopped after this. We weren't anywhere near the viv at the time but we saw her from afar. She doesn't have any fluid around her mouth/nose so I don't think it's an RI but I'm worried about what to do next.......any advice would be much appreciated, thanks in advance.
 
What's the temperature in the basking area?
Do you have her cage near a window or in a draft/near a vent?
Is it hissing?

Her basking area is 85-90
Her cage is the apposing wall to the window which is about 3mtrs away in distance and there isn't a major draft but the air isn't stagnant. She's not hissing as her hiss is a different noise.

Have u fed her mealworms or superworms? Could be that she has a piece of their exoskeleton stuck on her throat. Or a crickets leg. That's my wild guess as I'm not experienced as other people but that happend to my bearded dragon and once I saw him drink lots of water it went away.

She's had crickets so that's a possibility (I didn't think of that!!) I haven't fed her any form of worms yet as I would only give her them as a treat because of their fat content. That's ok, thanks for your help, I'm grateful for any advice at the moment.

Yesterday you posted about bubbles in her mouth....today with a coughing noise. I think you need to get her to a vet.

Yes she seems to be a lot more settled and we haven't had any rasping tonight which is good, I used hot water from the kettle and allowed it to cool before using it to mist, (so it was luke warm) I'm hoping it was just the misting was too cold for her but if she does it over the weekend then I'll book her in to see a vet Monday.

I apologize, I did get you confused with another poster. I wasn't trying to be passive. Thinking the other poster was you, my thought process was.... a rasping noise plus bubbles is not good and needs a vet visit. That was the advise I was giving. Again, I apologize that I came off that way. It's hard to show intent with written words.

I am glad to hear she is sounding better. And I'm am glad you came here looking for advise. This really is a great forum.

Ok, thankyou for the apology.
I'm not especially worried as she seems a lot more settled last night and today and hasn't had any bubbles or mucus at all which is a good thing :)
