Hello everyone...does anyone know the ingredients used in the cricket food sold by Mulberry Farms? Is this a good food for gutloading or should it be supplemented with veggies as well? I've tried to contact them but have yet to receive a response...Thanks...
Hello everyone...I'm getting ready to transfer my panther (7 months) into his new enclosure (30x24x48) and was given a Reptisun 10.0 uv tube. Is this OK to use or should I stick with the 5.0 version? What is the difference between the 2? Thanks...
Hello everyone, my male Panther (6 months) is getting ready to move into his new "Big Boy" House (30x24x48) and I've been considering the purchase of an auto mister for the new enclosure. I wanted to ask a question regarding water temp. I currently hand spray 3-4 times a day with very warm...
Thanks Ray...yes this is my first, I've had him over a month now, my readings are consistent with what you state, however I've been reading lately that some advocate basking temp between 90-95 at his age, hence my question...do the temp requirements change at all as the panther matures?
Hello everyone...I have a 4 month old panther who currently resides in a 24x12x24 screen enclosure. What would be considered the optimal basking temp and humidity levels for his setup? Thanks in advance...
Hello everyone...I know that using live plants is the preferred method for chameleons and their enclosures, but wanted to ask opinions of a combination of both live & silk plants? Is it a good idea or better to just stick with live plants throughout? Thanks!
Baby Panther behaviour...

Hello everyone...I have a quick question, my baby Ambilobe has started to walk across his top of his enclosure more & more each day? Is this normal? He doesn't stay up there very long, but seems to like to walk across the top...from one end to the other...and then back down to his ficus...
Hello everyone...First of all I'd like to thank everyone for their insight and assistance in answering all of my questions throughout the past few weeks. I'm new to the forum and in the process of having a custom wooden enclosure built for my baby panther, he won't be ready for his "big boy"...
Hello everyone...I plan on purchasing a 24x24x48 wooden (pine) enclosure (all screen) and had a question regarding the bottom panel. The standard cage comes with a plywood bottom, I do not plan on using an automatic misting system but wanted to ask what would be a better material for the bottom...
Cage Size
IMO, the 2x2x4 cage would be too big for the baby at this time. He/she would have a hard time hunting in the large cage, the cage would be perfect in another 2-3 months...but just my opinion!
Hello everyone...I'm new to the hobby and plan on purchasing a baby panther within the next few weeks. I've already purchased his "starter" home (24x12x24) and understand that I will need to upgrade to a larger enclosure (48x24x24) at 8-9 months of age? I've read that the enclosure should be...
