It might be a lack of calcium. When you feed him you are giving him the calcium on the bugs right?

I do not have a jacksons but I do know that they will get very stressed out. If all of you are calm and peaceful they might be fine.

So my baby veiled is usually very colorful when we bring him out of his cage but when I was at school my dad watered his cage ( like we usually do ) and when I got home and brought him out he was not to bright. I even brought him outside to see if he will brighten up but no! Is this bad?

no problem

if his colors are bright then he is very healthy and happy. if you are in the room a lot and he is colorful then he must enjoy your presence. you should not be worried

that is probably just a pattern on his body. how old is he? if that spot is always the same shade when he is mad then it might be a problem but he should be fine if it changes shade when the rest of his body does.
