She was actually picking at it at the top corner right below the light
I will keep an eye on her, anything where her feet might get injured scares me because when I first started researching chameleon care I came across on article and the main picture was a chameleons foot all kinds of bloody...
One last question for you all, this morning I woke up and Perry was up in the corner right below the linear uvb bulb like picking at the mesh right below it. Shes never done anything like that before so am worried

I had a bunch more plants and foliage in there, but took a bunch out because looking at all of the set ups on this forum they all seemed to be pretty minimal.

Okay, just wanted to update everyone on the progress Ive made and am looking for any last minute suggestions or tips on a female chameleon.
I bought a linear uvb bulb, as well as a lower wattage basking bulb to keep her basking spot around 83
I bought Calcium, Calcium without D3, Multivitamins...
Just so everyone is aware, I am on the way to various stores to fix every single thing you all have pointed out. I do appreciate all the help, this has been a huge learning curve for me.
I have not found spurs. Im starting to think he is a she, I have attached some pics to get a second opinion. Sorry the angles are bad, he was not happy I had a big phone in his face.

I will go to the store and get river rocks for the plants tomorrow, I didn't realize how much of a hazard it was.
I just went and checked for the spurs on his back legs, I didn't see one. He is sleeping so I couldn't get a good angle, but I'm pretty sure there...
Okay, I will look into getting a linear light, that is an easy fix.
It is without D3, and I have some multivitamins being shipped as we speak.
I guess I didn't realize that not getting his vitamins would make him not eat, so I will be sure to put together a schedule.

Since that post on Sunday I have started putting various dark green vegetables in with the crickets to make sure they are gutloaded. I havent been dusting the feeders with calcium lately becaue I want them to seem as appealing as possible to get him to eat something.
