My chameleon has some stuck shed on his back behind his veil which has been there for a good while now and has built up a couple of layers of shed. Is there anything I can do to help him remove it? Or am I just doomed?

The basking temp definitely needs to be higher basking should be around 90-95 degrees they like it warm. 75ish degrees should be the bottom area of the cage so that he can thermoregulate.
I have a little uvb in the double bulb but I just ordered a t5 strip one for him that I think he will love. And ya it went back to normal I think he was just mad.
This is my chameleon Chad. He’s the homie why is he black on the top and bright on the bottom. I think he was probably just scared because he went back to normal when I got him back into his cage but still wondering if there’s a reason.
