well the reason why i am taking her back to the pet store is because the vet said it would cost $376 just to run tests, and they didnt even know what was wrong with her yet. unfortunately i dont have that kind of money, so i must return her :(

that is where i got some my info for chameleons, under the lighting section is the temp he said i should have, so i figured if the temp was supposed to be between 80-95 degrees, that 100 baskign area wasnt too bad, thank you all for helping me...
it only gets to 83 in the cool spot of the terrarium, and the 100F i put in was the highest temperature it has reached since i measured, it has been lower before, 95 or so. i will take your advice and get a new bulb, what brand/wattage would you recommend getting?
