I did it like this, cheap and simple:)

I made a verk simple and cheap solution to drainage , i bought 4 cheap shelves for shoes put them all in a square and ziptied them together, this way i can mount my two cages on the top shelf and have a bucket under to collect all water, i raised the plants up with upside down plastic crates...
