Harvey my veiled chameleon just passed away :(

I've had Harvey for almost 4 years. In the past few days he decided to stop eating completely and move to the bottom of his cage. His color darkened and he didn't look well. I had an appointment at the vet this morning at 11 am, but he didn't make it to the vet. I went to put him in a box to...

Going on vacation without cham, how to get him water constantly?!

Yeah I have some hornworms and butterworms. I'll let them roam around the cage probably and I'll set up a leaf so it collects/pools the water from the droplets. I heard that veiled chams are the hardiest of all the chams to.

Going on vacation without cham, how to get him water constantly?!

Yeah, I don't want anything to happen to my cham at all. I'd be devastated if something did. That's why I was thinking of building an automated system controlled by my pc here. I could than use a remote desktop program of some type and control this computer from afar to control a misting system...

Can I bring Hornworms on Southwest Airplane?

I never got a distinct answer from them, between getting put on hold constantly and transferred like 5 times between people to ask them, none of them had an answer. I think I am just going to put them in my pocket in a small ziplock and than transfer them to a little bin in my carry on. I'm...

What to place as floor for bottom of cage?

I'm redoing my cage right now, cleaning everything out. It's a cage I built out of redwood and aluminum screen mesh, on the bottom of the cage is a piece of plexiglass. Should I just use paper towels on the bottom as they would be easy to change out? thanks
