How long do CB Oustalets live for, average?

I will definatly post a pic when he arrives. Hopefully he wont be too stressed out but I know he will be because they all are after the bumpy dark ride lol.

I'm getting him from www.FLChams.com, but on their website it says 2 1/2 months on the profile, but then it says 4 months where you click "add to cart", so I'm not exactly sure.

I am also curious as to the max age of the Oustalets. I think I remember reading they live 10-12yrs in captivity, is this correct?

Whats the best place to buy large or unique feeder insects? I also don't like feeding other reptiles to other reptiles, but it's nature and the way things work. I know at least a few times a year he will be receiving an anole or house gecko as a treat.
