I would add more to it than just a single plant. Maye add some cross branches for the animal to move around on.

Also be sure to place the cage in the shade if using during mid day.... It would be best to use a cage like this outside in the morning. The temps won't cook your cham and then later in the morning you can move it to shade or inside if it's too warm outside. Also be sure to mist often when warm.

Its a pretty nice easy design that would be nice if you didnt want to spend alot of time on a cage

It would depend on the cham. If you cham is cool with being in a cage outside and not trying to get out, like nose rubbing, then it's "just" okay. However, if your cham is the type that will not just bask and is more interested in trying to get out (again nose rubbing) then thumbs down. The ones that do nose rub need a softer screen with lots of foilage and maybe a couple of sides covered. Be careful of over heating though. My melleri would not chill in a cage outside, so I had to sun her on a branch stuck in the ground and stay with her or I would put her in an open window with a screen. Just my opinion.

I think this would be perfect for when its nice and sunny out and you want your Cham to enjoy the outdoors in a safe enclosure.
