I was told to give my 9 inch veiled cham. no more then ten crickets smaller then the space between her eyes once per day (morning) with salad twice per week and friut once. I was told that if I feed her any more than this, she will develop eggs at an young age. Is this enough food for her?

If you take a look at her and she's not skinny and not fat, then you are likely in the right range of what she should be fed. If you keep them at a "happy medium" they should produce a reasonable sized clutch and it should help them to live longer.

Look at the tail.
It should be round. IF you can make out the internal structures
then they're not storing any fat there.
young animals will be applying all their energy into growth
it's best to have ample & varied food available at all times
when they're older, fat and water are stored in their casque.
(especially in males) simple enough.
