12% or 6% Arcadia lighting

currently on second day of building my 2-1 enclosure 5ft x 2.5ft x 6ft divided into 2 enclosure.
( L x W x H )

The highest climbing/branch would be 6-7 inch from the top.
Ordering two
HO T5 Double Bulb fixture with Arcadia 12% and 6.5k Day-light Bulbs Included.

How much would Arcadia light fixture uv exposure be and would it be enough uv for my chameleon or should I use 6%? Will have plants inside also. I'll be using dome light for basking.
I will be housing a adult veiled and a wc sub adult Fischer.

Planning to spray foam back and use Eco earth, good idea?
Anyone got idea what I can do for drainage?
Getting mist king system connected to both at end.

If my enclosure is over 4 foot tall I use 12% ithe just gives you deeper penetration into the cage. Just make sure they can get out of the light if they want and you will be good. I use a solarmeter so I can track the productivity of the bulb and once I see a drop off I change them Arcadia usual lady 9 to 12 months

Thank you, 12% it is :D

you need to factor in how much shade your enclosure uses. If you are going to go with the 12%, its a smart move to also get a solarmeter. Its almost essential to use one with a 12% bulb.
