I woke up to 17 emails this morning from Amazon. My 11 year old autistic son cracked my password and payment methods on Amazon Prime. He ordered 17 movies last night. I now know why he was so quiet why I was speaking with several of you'll. Amazon, love them or hate them, actually agreed to refund the full amount. How about that? I know this doesn't apply to reptiles, but I had to tell someone, I was freaking out. Kinda' lot of money. Anyway, my thanks goes out to the customer service rep who approved my request. He'll probably be fired later today.

I recently had ordered a product that was advertised as a set of 5 for 19.99 but when I got it there was only one. I contacted the seller who said they never ever sell this product as a set only one at a time. I contacted Amazon regarding the error and they not only refunded the 19.99 but GAVE me money to purchase another four items. It turned out that the seller did not have anymore of the product I wanted. I was able to order something similar for less money and used the extra to buy something else!

It just goes to show that there are still compassionate people in this world, in every walk of life. Great that you got your money back from them!

Weird, considering the hour long special I just saw on CNBC about amazon. Former employees and strategists ripped the owner. Even it's sellers had bad things to say, like they would take their products, make their own, and sell it for cheaper. The owner even acknowledged every accusation. Confusing. As long as times are hard, I'll shop at Walmart and Amazon as much as I need to, keep my kid and I afloat, I guess.

It may be the the things that are being said about Amazon that are forcing a change in how they do business. Good timing for you. Now you need a hard password.

As far as an actual password, he watched me when he was younger and learned. Memorized all mine and has never forgotten. If not, he knows my ID is always he same, for passwords, he will sit there and keep trying until it works. He worked a VCR at age 1 1/2 and knew the difference in tapes. Could rewind and fast forward. I want to say even younger, but I can't honestly remember. That's how I knew to get him tested for sure. If you need someone to run Microsoft Office, the kid is your guy. Anyone in the CIA monitoring this site, he is not allowed to be recruited.
