2 Elliot's died

You might want to be careful w the fogger. The tubing can breed mold and fungus very quickly and then before you know it you're filling your chams lungs with pathogens all day long. if using them, they should be disinfected frequently.

so sorry to hear that you are having troubles after all the care, worry, and hard work you have put into them...

When it raines chameleons are closing eyes - this is normal. So may be your fogger is forcing them to do it.

I'm really wondering if it is not so much the humidity causing them to open their eyes as it is something coming into contact with them. Have you considered a real light breeze (from a fan) for 30 mins as an experiment?

Sorry to hear to list more, in truth we saw that coming. I'd be happy if you end up with three pulling up and thriving after all this.

thats what im hoping for. there is 4 left, id be happy if 3 made it out alive. 2 of them were active and moving around with there eyes open, so i think those 2 are the strongest.
i saw this coming but my vet said they're to small to do anything with.
i have a fan setup already and nothing really changed i had it go on for 30 mins, 2 hours a day.

So they only respond to humidity. Odd.

Have you gotten them any unfiltered sunlight, like say an hour a week consistently at least?

Just my personal opinion. I would not set up a fan on the young ones. From the sound of it at first, they could have been somewhat dehydrated and you are now doing everything in your power to reverse this. A fan without proper relative humidity will only cause further dehydration. How much>? I dont personally know but there bodies are extremely small and i would not risk the trial of this. Again just my opinion.

Im sorry if you have mentioned this already. How long did you incubate and at what temps?

Hatched neonates that were not incubated properly will be weak and you will have a high death rate (hatching to early). Also the mothers nutrition before and during the time she is gravid will also determine the strength of properly incubated babies.

This is from a wc female Elliot's (live birth) and she was in my care about a month before she had her babies. Maybe it had something to do with poor nutrients when she was imported, I don't know!

Since they are viviparous, it could be from the lack of nutrients.

Again, i dont have any experience with this species to know how tolerant they are to vitamins.
For the ones still doing well and for the mother (if you continue breeding). I would introduce a good multivitamin like reptivite or repashy cal plus. While gravid and with the young ones. I would dust once a week with a multi. Watch the female, if you notice any gular edema coming on just lay off the multi till it subsides and cut back the frequency. Remember to dust lightly.

i stopped supplementing about a 2 weeks ago.
i got a package mix up so i got her for free and i have no male so i cant continue breeding till i find a male.

well new update: they are just slowly withering away sadly. another died yesterday, i am now down to 3 and I'm positive they will die too. I've spent an easy $150 on fruit flies which really sucks, its just depressing watching them die slowly and cant do anything for them.
thanks to the people that helped me trying to save them! i honest don't think there's more i can do besides get them outside but its still to cold.
