that's a fischer's cham. they are a montane chameleon, and are moderately hard to care for.

Fischer's are really neat. I bought a pair at an expo for $65 not too long ago. They are more difficult than veileds and panthers, and I would say more so than Jackson's. Definitely haggle the price down to around $50 for just the cham and make sure he is in good health before buying. They seem to be pretty sensitive.

Dont want to get in the way of your purchase, But that is a Fishers Chameleon. And that price is way out of there! They are sold elswere for
$50 to $100. I have 2 very nice males & 1 female in my collection, and honestly I like them, My girlfreind loves them over the others so much I gave them to her. Ours are very freindly and have owned each for around 4 years. Female fro 3 mounths. I'm in a very dry climate. And both my Fishers have lived very well at 65 to 75 degree's. With humidities here at less the 30% and they are the happiest healthiest little guys. I just make sure they always have available dripping water for them twice a day. No shedding, eye, nail problems whatsoever. So yea a good pet, but I would get that price way down or purchase another from a reliable source. as most come in WC and have paracite problems bad! Not sure if any are sold anywhere as CB? Im trying to breed them sucsessfully sometime, so we will see. They say that is a hard one to breed and hatch so thats why I have them, finding healthy females is hard though.

East Usambara Two-horned Chameleon I am pretty certian. They sell them on FLchams for 75$ for 3 month olds. here is a link even though they are sold out.

He /looks/ pretty healthy but they sell for a lot less, try to get him for cheaper... and make sure if he comes with has accesories he has a MESH/SCREEN cage. People re-homing Chams usually ask alot because they bought them a 200$ glass aquarium, and he only needs a 30$ mesh one.

Alright, there are a lot of common names being thrown around and most of them are actually incorrect and refer to different species.
The chameleon in this add is a male Kinyongia multituberculata and the correct common name for this species is the Western Usambara Two-horned Chameleon. It used to be classified as Bradypodion fischeri multituberculatum and was called the "Standard Fischer's Chameleon" but this is no longer correct.
The species kaity linked to on FL Chams' website is Kinyongia vosseleri which used to be referred to as Bradypodion fischeri sub.spec.nov. or the "Undescribed Fischer's Chameleon" prior to being officially described to science. The common name would more accurately be Vosseler's Two-horned Chameleon.
The species that was typically sold as Bradypodion fischeri fischeri, often called the Giant or Monkey-tailed Fischer's Chameleon is now classified as Kinyongia matschiei and it's common name is the Eastern Usambara Two-horned Chameleon.
The "Dwarf Fischer's Chameleon" is actually Kinyongia tavetana, the Mt. Kilimanjaro Two-horned Chameleon.
Other "fischer's-like" chameleon species include the Taita Hills Two-horned Chameleon (Kinyongia boehmei) and the Uluguru Two-horned Chameleon (Kinyongia uluguruensis). The truth is, "real" Fischer's Two-horned Chameleons (Kinyongia fischeri) have likely never been exported from Tanzania.

No, the chameleon in question is not an East Usambara 2-horn chameleon. As it has already been noted, it is a West Usambara 2-horn, the much more common species. Nonetheless, they are amazing little chameleons. I hatched a few last year and still have one juvenile with me. This is back when they were much younger.
They may be "montane" chameleons but that may be a bit misleading as they require warmer temperatures than, for example, deremensis, which are also montane and also from the Usambaras. My multituberculata loves to bask and doesn't enjoy the cold, cloudy, days as much as my deremensis.
I would certainly keep an eye out for FL Chams' availability in the future. Mike has had captive-hatched Kinyongia in the past.
