2 month old with bumps on the Side

Hey guys I have a little bit of a worry going on. I bought little bubba from PetSmart this past saturday, all has been good, he's been eating fine, I see him drinking water, he is pretty active for the most part. My problem is on his left side right about where you would see the top of his rib cage he has two bumps...They don't bulge out to the max but you can notice them at times and at certain angles. I couldn't get any good pictures of it earlier because there wasn't enough lighting. I do not want to take him out again because he seems to really hate it :D a lot. He calms down right away but I will let him be. Also when I was holding him trying to catch pictures of his side, he would close his eyes for a few seconds. He did just wake up so I am assuming he was making a resting place out of my hand. Hopefully that is the case here. Anyway here is the help form.

Current Problem- Read above please

Here are some pictures, you can really see in the blurry one where the bumps are that I am bringing to attention.

It is a he first off lol but thank you for the response, I havent handled him at all besides those pictures and another time. And yes he did fall about half of foot out of my hand the other day. THat is probably what caused it but he isn't bothered by it at all and does his thing everyday. Hasn't had a problem at all. But thank you very much for your advice! I will be sure to dust the piss out of his feeders lol I will make a new feeding cup today because he has no interest in the one I have right now. He has been eating but not as much as I would like to see especially for his age, Again thank you!
