3 horned chameleon thread!

Unless it is a scientific website I never go by what they label things as. Retail websites have a horrible record of labeling things.

In Europe jacksonii jacksonii is commonly labeled jacksonii willengensis. In this case a whole new sub species was created and named after a Dutch smuggler.

I really like this discussion because I know someone who has a xantholophus and thinks it's a jacksonii jacksonii even though it's very obvious he is a xantholophus.
 
Hey Julia f3. The scientific names are not in question it's there more common names they go by that people don't seen to agree with. I know everytime I see a Mt kenya for sale it's always a jacksonii jacksonii. But if you do a search for Mt Kenya Jackson's the more common one pops along with the jacksonii jacksonii.
Can you get a pic of your friends Jackson and post it.
