4 month old Female Veiled feeding questions

So i actually own a 3 year old male veiled so i'm pretty knowledgeable when it comes to keeping and feeding an adult. I recently acquired a rescue and she's only 4 months old.

1. I am not familiar with keeping one this small
2. I am not sure how much i should be feeding/how often.

Someone somewhere told me not to feed her a lot because it will cause her to grow/lay eggs and it will shorten her lifespan. I do know the shortening of lifespan is true. But is that really a healthy thing to do?
But how much is too much? I have been giving her 5 feeders every other day. I switch between hornworms, superworms, crickets & dubias, and i do all the dusting the same schedule as my older cham.
Vit with d3 every 2 weeks and multivit without d3 every 2 weeks. Calcium on all other feedings. Am i feeding her enough? She can put down a lot, like 5 superworms if i let her. My older cham eats spring mix as well and today i'm going to introduce it to the baby cham for the first time.

I uploaded a few pics so you could get an idea of her size. she came to me a bit skinny, can see her leg bones. i don't want to cut back how much i'm feeding her cause she needs to gain some weight in my opinion. but advice and suggestions are welcome, i want to do whats best for her.

Aww shes so beautiful what does your baby cham look like

You can feed her enough that she is growing but not obviously fat until she reaches sexual maturity...then be careful of the diet.

I recommend a fecal just to make sure she doesn’t have parasites.

I weigh my guys every week and I notice the weeks that I feed worms everybody’s weight is up.
I recommend hornworms, silkworms and superworms along with crickets and other feeders.
