Here is a photo of the tail. I can get more if you’d likeCool, like crashbandit I'd guess a female but a pic of the tail like mine will help confirm.
Oh ok I would hope so lol there’s nothing wrong if it’s a female but the males have a better color. Thank youI disagree I think it's a male. He looks small for 4 months. Maybe why you're not seeing much in the way of color.
I called the place where I bought my chameleon and they said that they meant to say 3 months but they texted quickly and didn’t realize and put 4 instead of 3Yup, if it wasn't for the fact I know each ones patterns, current color scheme and the fact they are three different sizes being three different ages, I would be able to tell you the difference between my nosy be and ambilobe girls. Only major difference I've seen so far is the two nosy be girls do get a sea foam green/ pale teal tint occasionally in a few areas of the head and body.
I found out it is a Blue bar ambilobes and it’s 3 months oldYou know the locale determines how early a male will color. Sambava, tamataves, Ambania and a few other locales take longer to color up. Ambilobes color way earlier than most.
