My veild chameleon just got done shedding and stopped eating slowly at first then only wanted meal worms, now doesnt seem to show any interest in anything other than berries. Is this normal ?
I am worried about him not getting his nutrients

Welcome to the forums. I'm sorry to hear that your veiled has stopped eating. If would be helpful if you would fill out the How to Ask For Help form linked below so we can see if it his not eating could have something to do with the way you keep him. If you offer them food all the time sometimes they just get so sick of seeing food and stop eating. Parasites can cause them to stop eating and just being sick will also cause them to stop eating.

Well thank you for responding, he lives in a Reptibreez screen enclosure, 2x2x4, we use a zoo.med 75wat basking bulb and a zoo.med 5.0 uvb, hes got a pathos at the bottom of his cage, along with multiple different artificial tropical plants and vines, we give him different hights for basking and mist his cage at least 4 times daily using reptisafe conditioner, as well as a dripper we run consistently so he can drink at his leisure. As for feeding, we give him crickets, meal worms, collard/mustard/dandelion greens, raspberries and about twice a month we get him hornworms. We supplement him with Herptivite multivitamin mondays, calcium with D3 tuesdays, and calcium without D3 Wed-Saturday. No supplements on Sundays. Also once a month we give him a vitamin A supplement. His basking area stays rite around 86 degrees, and about 70 in the ambient areas. We clean his cage weekly with Fluckers organic sanitizer and keep a close eye on his stool/urate, he still drinks a lot, and has clean white urate, and no noticeable parasites in his stool, as well we take in stool samples monthly to our local reptile specialist. He is not my first chameleon, and has been one of the most active and most friendly cham i have ever been around.
If i am missing anything in my info please let me know.

The only thing that stands out in how you are keeping him is the supplements. You are giving him to many supplements. Calcium with d3 is only needed twice a month at the most and mulitvitimans twice a month at the most. You can use calcium without d3 about everyday that you are not using the other supplements. Still skipping Sunday's would be ok. What are you using to gut load his feeders?

OHH dang i can't believe i didn't know that ! Would that cause him to not want to eat maybe because he could tell he was getting too much? I use fluckers calcium booster without d3, with protien, i also mix cale, oranges, and strawberries in a blender and feed them that. With cricket quencher also in the container

Hey everyone, Zeus is eating like normal today. I think what you said about food being around too much is what it was, took everything out for like 2 days all but some raspberries. And today he ate the crickets as soon as he saw them lol. Thank you all so much for your advice, and i will remember now to only give D3 and Vitamins twice a month each. This forum is so helpful i cant say enough about it.

Thanks again!

Welcome to the forums, he's a beautiful boy! Your husbandry does look great aside from the supplements. Live plants are great, but you'll always lose the occasional feeder in the dirt. My female has a permanent lay bin and she has spilled her feeder cups a million times. Now she gets the occasional soldier fly treat because they pupated in her lay bin!
