Anyone else use cheap 6500k coil bulbs from walmart for plants. They seem to work great and I think they put out over 1100 lumens if I recall.

Thats what ive used them for just wondering if anyone else uses the, They liven up the cage nice.

My brother got me using them last year cuz my plants werent flourishing the way his were. He only uses a cheap spot bulb and that 6500k no uvb but from the sun a few times a week. I use a powersun and the 6500k with great results.

They work fine for plant growth and enough for some flowers to bloom.
