for this sort of problem i think people will ask you to list your husbandry, things like viv size, temps, humidity, misting and supplementing schedule etc. have you given your cham time to adjust yet? it is common to have problems in the first week or so.

Size of viv is approx 1m x 0.8m x 05m sold as a starter viv for chameleons.
Tank is bigger than she was in before
She has had standard crickets and mealworms so far put down some grapes and carrot, as I said so far she has only eaten a couple of crickets in first few days and has now seems to have stopped altogether
Been misting 3 times a day though I think she was used to a drip previously,
so I may try as i dont think she likes spray.
Temp up around 30 during day on lamp side. Have been turning lamp off for around 10 hrs a day (at night) lights and heat mat off at bedtime.
Really difficult to know what to do as there is so much differing advice
about.
She is 7 month old female yemeni veiled
Bought from pet shop - seemed a good shop lots of reptiles lots of advice
She is a tank with spec as per my last post,
Tank is in lounge, not much activity during day, but family aroung watching tv at night
Temps seem OK. You really shouldn't use heat mats for chameleons-the basking lamp works for this and you need a temp drop at night. Most people will suggest an all screen cage. Real plants are best. What type of UVB bulb are you using? If she is 7 months she could need to lay eggs or will as they do this even without breeding. She is possibly still just adjusting to her new home. You will need to look into supplements. Let me suggest an excellent site: http://raisingkittytheveiledchameleon.blogspot.com/
Will change watering I think. Cant tell you uvb type it was provided by store and I am trying to limit time going in and out of viv atmoment as i dont think this helps
