Today I was trying to feed my Budwing Mantis a fly and ended up accidentally smashing my mantis. After I threw the fly in the container, I shut the top down really fast so the fly wouldn't escape. Then at the same time, my mantis tried to escape as I closed the lid shut. It really sucks because I was hoping to breed this mantis. Now I have to find another female Budwig to breed with the male. Does anyone here keep Budwig Mantids? Everywhere I look, they are sold out.
