All incredible chams! What are these species? I love the eyes on that first guy :D

Nice Quads Karen, you say that you have eggs incubating? What temp are you keeping them at? Have you been successful with them before?

Hi Josh, its my first time with quads,i have them cool at 72-73f, have you been successful with them?

Karen,

Yes we actually were considering there is not alot of info on the net about successfully breeding them. We have 2.2 which are wild caught, one female laid eggs and due to the incubation temp of 68 - 73 degrees with 73 being the hottest, it was recommended that we keep them in a cool place in the house that would remain that temp rather then actually incubating them. We placed the eggs in tupperware containers with ventilation and vermiculite and made sure that it was moist, have a thermometer to watch the temp and then placed the eggs in the closet. We live in Southern CA so it is quite nice here all year round. 6 months later the little ones hatched, all the 14 eggs hatched from the first clutch we currently have a few left that haven't sold and now have 24 more eggs in the closet from the same female and our other female. As you know the main thing is the humidity with these guys, it is even more so with the babies. We were told by the guys at LLL (we know all of them there since they are down the street) to put the babies in a 10 gallon with screen lid once they were born to keep humidity up and also the feeders from getting out. We have a repti fogger on them all day long and also have one on the parents as well and they seem to be thriving.

Thanks for the info Josh very helpful, if i am successful hatching them i will use exo terras as these have the best of both worlds, and will def put a fogger on them right off. Thank you very much, because as you say not much info out there at all about breeding these wonderful chams.
