They are awesome! Before my order shipped, I emailed them with a few questions. That evening I received a call and all my questions were answered.

Then my package of dubia roaches was lost. They shipped on 12/11 and didn't arrive until today 12/17. ABDragons.com did such a good job with heating and food, the roaches were still alive and very healthy upon delivery. In the meantime, they had already shipped another set of roaches due to the mishap that wasn't even their fault. Very good customer service. I will be using abdragons.com in the future

Good customer service makes happy customers talk nice and praise the business to their friends. Bad customer service makes unhappy customers talk .... Well you insert the words. Good for ABDragons stepping up the plate and doing the right thing. 2 for 1 roaches is a hell of a deal and worth the hassle.
