So my male veiled chameleon is probably around about 5 or 6 months old and i’ve had him for like 5 months. Pretty much this whole time i’ve had him he wasn’t too happy with being handled but after his most recent shed which was about a week ago, he’s been super active and about 9 times out of 10 I’ll open the door to his cage and put my hand in front of him and he’ll gladly walk all over me. I’m posting this because i’m curious as to why he’s suddenly super cool about being handled and what not. Maybe he’s just now getting comfortable in his home? honestly i’m not sure, but it is pretty nice having a chameleon that enjoys being handled. Has this ever happened to any of my fellow chameleon owners?
