Hello, I'm a proud new veiled chameleon owner. I purchased this veiled yesterday, and am trying to figure out the age and gender. Please let me know if I need to post more pics.

Thanks!

Welcome to the forums. From the photos I can't see a bump on the heels of the back feet so that means you have a girl. For her age, I'd guess about three months. I do see what looks to be a sore/scrape on her back. I recommend putting a first aid cream on that such as Bacitracin twice a day for a week. I'm attaching my blog for new keepers for your below. It's how I have has success raising my veileds over the years. Since you have a female I am also attaching links about keeping a female, egg laying and the laying bin. Females will lay eggs, without a male even being around and I recommend keeping a laying bin in her enclosure at all time after she reaches 4 months old.
