Age and sex identification

I'm thinking bout going with a blue light for basking cause the regular house bulb ain't keeping her spot warm enough

What size cage do you have and how far from the light is the basking spot? Also what's the ambient temperature as well as the temp in the lower/cool side of the enclosure?
Not sure on size of cage cant find my tape measure roughly from top to bottom 28 inch . From front to back 21 inch and basking is 6 to 7 inch from top of screen and I'll check bottom of cage when she get of the temp gauge shes basking now she does go to bottom of cage to get her food I do have my heater on so my house temp is around 70

I would say 3 to 4 months
wow! they said 6 months but i can see how they would mix up. i haven't seen any dark colors or strange behavior. my first one, which was a jackson only last me a month, he would never eat and never be green unless handled. it was a sad day

I lost one young too. A bad breeder choice. He did not eat and the whole breeder has bad reviews, but I did not know at the time as I bought him at an expo

i got the jackson at a strictly reptile vendor and they had great reviews but all their chams were dull in color, even the panthers. i got this veiled at petco and he's been awesome, already hand feeding, I'm trying to tame him but at a comfortable pace.

Yes I have had much success with my petco veiled too! Expos can sometimes not be the best place to buy a chameleon
