is there a way to tell the age of chameleon, the store didn't know how old he was and I got him mid-april, so IDK...

Iv asked the same question before. From what i was told, theres no definate way to tell. With a Juvi, its usually by size and weight, that can give you a good estimate. Adults i think is impossible unless you get WC in which case you can bet they are no older than 2-3 years old (that seems to be the average age before dying in Madagascar) How can the pet shop not know the age of their stock? If i bought them from a supplier i would want to know the age before selling them in the shop. Its basics!

Try posting some recent photos and someone might be able to give a rough estimate for you. it will never be 100% accurate though obviously.

Interesting and makes sense about the age of w/c chams.

his weight and size

he is a Jackson's he is approx 9 inches long from tip of tail to tip of horn, I do not know how much he weighs, all I do know is he is unable to press a key on my keyboard and he appears kind of fat to me, and I haven't got an opportunity to use the pet scale at petsmart (as all the cars are broke down and I have to take the bus to get his crickets) will post picture by noon pacific time.
